We have always paid the utmost attention to taking care of our vineyards and our wines in an exclusively natural way. Tradition and innovation coexist and cooperate in harmony at all stages of production to obtain increasingly refined products.
Our first vinification wit hout sulphites, in 1985, was revolutionary.
It has changed the course of oenology, increasing the expressive purity of our wines. These will know how to communicate over time, through refinement in the bottle, the potential of our land.
Our task is to let the grapes speak, and to know how to listen to them and exalt them. Our viticulture is organic, respectful of the environment and the traditions of our ancestors, who have always worked the land with natural methods.
The harvest is done by hand in the vin eyards, at three different times in order to collect the grapes at exactly the right ripeness and proceed with the selection of the grapes.
