Monteforte, the Soave Land

Our grapes grow in a unique environment, where nature and climate meet to create a terroir that gives the wine personality and extraordinary complexity. Our terroirs are little corners of paradise reflected in every sip.

In Monteforte, volcanic soils with tuffs and basaltic rocks, formed 60 million years ago, provide an ideal habitat for Garganega. The maturity of the soil and fermentation with indigenous yeasts give the wines finesse, complexity, and character.

Fairy Hands. As a tribute to our father, we present this limited edition of Recioto Spumante 2006: only 800 bottles of a unique and unrepeatable nectar. We named it "Olinto - Fairy Hands," showcasing on the label his generous and skillful hands that transformed wine with an almost magical touch.

renobilis

Nobility in the berry. "Re" stands for Recioto, and "nobilis" refers to the noble fungus Botrytis Cinerea that enhances select grapes. Only in the finest vintages, through meticulous selection of botrytized grapes, is this precious golden nectar born.
