Our wine
Hill of refined seduction. This wine takes its name from the volcanic hill where the vineyards are located. A microclimate characterized by significant temperature fluctuations allows the grapes to extract a diverse and elegant bouquet.

Each creation is the result of a perfect balance between grape varieties, carefully selected to express the unique characteristics of our territory. A blend that tells the story of our tradition and passion for excellence.

monteforte, the Soave Land

Our grapes grow in a unique environment, where nature and climate come together to create a terroir that imparts personality and extraordinary complexity to the wine. Our terroirs are little corners of paradise, reflected in every sip.

In Monteforte, volcanic soils rich in tuff and basaltic rocks, formed 60 million years ago, provide an ideal habitat for Garganega. The maturity of the land and fermentation with indigenous yeasts impart finesse, complexity, and character to the wines.

Harmony among the vines. This wine embodies the finest expressions of our great crus. In a single bottle, it concentrates all the authentic aromas and flavors of our land. The designation 'Classico' identifies Soave produced exclusively in the historic hilly area, traditionally dedicated to the cultivation of Garganega grapes.

contrada salvarenza

The legend behind the name 'Salvarenza' tells of a young woman named Renza, who, threatened by bandits, was saved by a noble knight in the very place where the grapes for this great cru are grown.
