High-altitude class. Sorai is a wine of altitude. Over 500 meters above sea level, where the air is purer and the light clearer, the vineyards sink their roots into the white rock, giving life to a wine of “high class.”

Our grapes grow in a unique environment, where nature and climate meet to create a terroir that gives the wine personality and extraordinary complexity. Our terroirs are corners of paradise that reflect in every sip.

In eastern Valpolicella, on clay-limestone soils with red shale and volcanic lapilli, an ideal microclimate favors high-quality grapes. Our Amarone and Valpolicella Superiore, in fact, stand out for their structure, elegance, and mineral complexity.
