When opening an old vintage, entire worlds of memories and experiences come to life. Each bottle holds personal and family stories, but it is also a valuable learning tool that allows us to compare past and present, constantly questioning and improving our work. It’s not mere nostalgia, but an active memory that inspires growth. As early as the early 1900s, Great-Grandfather Giuseppe had already understood the longevity of Soave, always carrying both a young wine and one from the previous year with him. Every glass is a tribute to past generations and a journey into the very roots of the Gini Family.

It is also possible to purchase some precious old vintages directly at the winery, for a unique experience reserved for a minimum of two people. Tastings will be conducted using CORAVIN, an innovative technology that allows wine to be poured while keeping the cork intact, preserving the bottle as it was at the time of bottling.
