Legend has it that the name “Salvarenza” relates to a young female named Renza who, threa- tened by bandits, was saved by a noble knight in the area where the variety for this great Cru is produced. The vineyards are over 100 years old and the wine suitable for prolonged ageing.

COLOUR: Bright greenish golden yellow.
NOSE: Complex and profound. Mineral, rich in sweet and enveloping fruity notes, yellow flowers and tropical fruit.
FLAVOUR: fat in the mouth, sapid, mineral, flint and cloves. Ripe pear, yellow peach. Dense, round and intense, the finish is distinct and persistent. Wine suitable for a long aging.

In honor of our father we present this limited production of Recioto Spumante 2006: only 800 bottles of a unique and unrepeatable nectar. We called this wine "Olinto - fairy hands", representing his own hands on the label. In the village he was so nicknamed, both for the generous size of his hands and for the almost magical touch that he knew how to put into the production of his wines.

The name comes from the Veronese dialect "Sora" which means "above". At 500 meters above sea level, where the air is thinner and the light clearer, the vineyards take root in the white rock, creating a "high-class" white wine.

Crystalline light, constant ventilation and the complexity of these soils formed by red flakes, tuff, volcanic lapilli and flint, have created the ideal microclimate for obtaining the grapes of this vineyard: Monte Serea. A wine that denotes aromatic sensations, of very particular taste and aromas, but at the same time typical of Amarone wine: elegant and pleasant.

Organoleptic Characteristics
COLOR: Intense Ruby red.
BOUQUET: silky, slightly peppery fragrances, a harmonious whole of hints of red fruits, where black cherries, blueberries and currants stand out. Liveliness given by hints of pomegranate, wrapped in wet tobacco leaf with hints of licorice.
TASTE: the great terroir of Vigna Monte Serea makes this wine balanced, desirable and pleasant to drink; savory and salty, velvety and dry, all accompanied by a fresh acidity and great complexity. Wine suitable for long ageing.

COLOR: Intense, deep ruby red.
NOSE: Fine, complex and deep. Hints of red fruit, black cherry in particular, and then notes of cocoa, licorice and tobacco, with spicy and mineral notes.
TASTE: On the palate it is dry, warm, elegant with a robust structure and good acidity. Dense, round and intense, with a clear and persistent finish. Wine suitable for long aging.
